What are they for you? Here's mine:

5. Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions
I'm a big Spider-Man fan and if this really is "The Arkham Asylum of Spidey games" like the devs have described it, I'm sold already.

4. New Mortal Kombat
MK 1-3 on the SNES were some of my favorite reasons to go to my friend Steven's house as a kid. Monkeys would have flown out of both of my parents' asses before they would have let me buy them myself. More recent entries into the series have failed to impress me, but the "back to basics" approach with this new one is making me hopeful that it'll become my staple beatdown game for the next couple years. Brawl hasn't held up nearly as well as Melee did, and SF4 isn't quite my style at the end of the day.

3. Fallout: New Vegas
Fallout 3 is one of my favorite games of the last several years, and possibly the best non-fantasy, non-Star-Wars RPG I've ever played. Even if this were just more of that exact experience, I'd be psyched.

2. Warhammer 40K Dark Millennium Online
Been waiting for this for a looong time.

1. Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
I am Link's little bitch. If he asked me to stick my head in a food processor to get his next game a day early, I would. Needless to say I'll be blowing the dust off of my Wii when this comes out. And quite possibly blowing things off of other people's Wiis if I can get them to break the street date.

Mine are somewhat simple, and of course consists of mostly 2011 releases -_-

5.Donkey Kong
Donkey Kong Country was literaly the first game I played and, even in 2002 @ the age of 5 i loved it amazingly. It entertained me on long car rides and trips. I would even switch gameboys once one died JUST to play the game.

4.Assassin's Creed:Brotherhood
Almost explains itself....THE GAMES ARE BEAST! they are action packed! and the story is.... good enough to sustain my interest.

3.Fallout:New Vegas
I'm not gonna lie. I stayed up late playing Fallout 3. I fell asleep in school for rest and would go straight back to playing once i arrived at my house. Once I heard there was another Fallout with iron sights, weapons to add-on attachments to, and larger areas.

2.Star Wars: The Old Republic
My god do I want a game that looks fun and can ACTUALLY WORK ON MY SHITTY LAPTOP. ( barely runs wow, team fortress, and portal ) Plus, really, the game looks badass. Semi -realistic looking fights, entirely full voiced, and WoW has kinda lost my attention. So...unless Cataclysm releases before, which it probably will, TOR has won me over.

1.Portal 2
Now Crackdown 2 originaly had this spot, but after beating the original Portal a day ago, finally understanding the whole " the cake is a lie" thing, loving the fact the story has comic humor, slightly creepy aura, and badass Antagonist ( shes creepy, funny, and she can sing, and btw "Still Alive" is now my favorite song, and yes that is sad ). But point is, I WANT THIS GAME

Honorably mentions:
Crackdown 2 ( already pre-ordered )
Zelda: Skyward Sword
Spiderman: Shattered Dimensions
Call of Duty: Black Ops

There are some reasons these two aren't on my list.

In the case of TOR, it's basically in a league of its own. It didn't even come to mind when I was making this list because it's just so far above any of the other "games" coming out in the future that I guess I don't even mentally group it with them. Needless to say, it's my most anticipated game probably EVER, easily.

And Portal 2 was left off just to be contrarian and get on people's nerves. Wink

1. Portal 2 - The original is near perfect and this one seems to be continuing the trend.

2. The Old Republic - This is probably the only game I can see that might cure my WoW addiction, and replace it with another crippling habit.

There is no 3-5 because nothing else has really caught my attention. The Spider-Man game sounds interesting but since each dimension has it's own gameplay style the danger is that we will end up with 4 mediocre games instead of one good one.

Sadly my pile of shame is way too big already to be looking at upcoming games. But I keep dipping into DA:O when I get a break from WoWing, and I'm always blown away by how good the story and the dialog are, so I am looking forward to SW TOR. OTOH, it does sound impossible for all the reasons Mike outlined to have the kind of story in TOR that you got in DAO... we'll see.

Well, the other game I'm looking forward to is the 3rd Deus Ex.

Portal 2... I'm sure I'll get it & I'm sure it will be fun, but Portal was so unique, so mindbending, and just plain fun every minute that I feel like I'm guaranteed to be let down by a sequel.

Believe it or not, I'm in the same boat a little with this one. I had very low expectations for the first Portal - I figured it would be a cute throwaway mini-game I got with The Orange Box. I decided to check it out over lunch the day the Orange Box came out, and got up three hours later having finished the game in one sitting. I'm just not sure how the 2nd game can stack up to that.

The only thing about Portal 2 that would remotely make me think it wouldnt do shape up is that where the original Portal was pretty much a "mini-game"
Portal 2 looks like it WILL take more than just a couple of hours to complete. It seems to have turned into a full fledged game, for instance, it has MULTIPLAYER now. But like I said, that being the only doubt I have Portal is still badass to me.

Well, another E3 has come and gone. And we all got our fair shares of awesomeness, and just plain retartedness from it. And several funny GIFs.
Well, enough of that. Today, I am here to tell you my top 5 most anticipated games form this year's E3. The games that I will be most looking forward to seeing. I do have one rule, though.
If the game had a Demo, beta, or anything else before E3 2010, it will not count. (It's sad though, because then I have to take Halo Reach off the list. It's still my most anticipated game of 2010, though.)
With that out of the way, here are my honorable mentions first:
Call of Duty: Black Ops (Why not? It looks very action-packed).
Sonic Colors (Before E3 2010, I thought this was gonna suck. Now that I've seen gameplay, it looks pretty sweet.
So, let's begin!
#5-Dead Space 2
I haven't played the first Dead Space, but despite that, this one looks amazing. The gameplay looks nice, the graphics are awesome, and it looks genuinely scary, just like it's supposed to be. It also looks very, VERY gross. I mean, The puker? That's disgusting! As said in IGN's commentary, you have to be pretty sick to come up with this stuff. I can't wait to see how this'll turn out.

#4-Metal Gear Solid: Rising

The game shows you how Raiden became awesome and you can slice people into little chunks. 'Nuff said.

#3-The legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

I'll admit it, I'm not much of a Zelda fan. I own two games, I haven't finished either of them, and I only care about one of them. Plus, Zelda games are very long, and I don't have the ability to commit to a game like that, unless there are other things to do other than the main quest, like in Pokemon or Oblivion. Still, I haven't tried Wii Motion Plus yet, and with the sword controls, It could be a great game to try Wii Motion plus on. It also looks great graphically- It does a great job of being nice and colorful while not looking too childish. It could be the best Zelda yet.

#2-Kid Icarus Uprising
(You try finding an image for Kid Icarus Uprising on Google Images. :/)
Well, it's finally here. The game that all the nintendo fanboys had been having daydreams about ever since Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The 3Ds looks friggin' amazing, and this shows it off perfectly, with the graphics equal to that of the original Xbox, and very, VERY nice looking gameplay. A Kid Icarus game would be awesome, and we finally have it. That's only one of the reasons that Nintendo had the best conference of this year's E3.

#1- PORTAL 2.
Portal is one of my favorite games of all time. Extremely fun and mind-bending gameplay, and the best video game villain of all time, Glados. Well, Glados is back in this game, along with several new crazy things, even a new character, who is a personality core with an awesome british accent. NIIICE! It's got new, great graphics, new, funny lines, and the puzzles look more mind bending than ever. How could this NOT be at #1? I CANNOT WAIT. GIMME. NOW

30 days is hardly necro. Especially on these boards. It's like getting out of Vietnam and freaking out about some kids getting into a fight in the park.
