after the whole " if you block then antenae on the iPhone 4 IT ACTUALLY LOSES SIGNAL" mess this comes to me as a people wont leave apple the fuck alone thing.

Honestly, the fricken this is BLACK any dumbass can figure out that leaving a BLACK object, hell any object in general, out in the sun is a BAD idea. But of course because it's Apple, they are supposed to use their unicorn tears to form an inpenetrable layer around the IPad. But regardless I'd just like to add to the guy who filed the lawsuit's comment about how " Apple's iPad "does not live up to the reasonable consumer's expectations created by Apple" my iPhone 3Gs can overheat, the iPhone 4 can probly overheat, and just about any form of technology can overheat.

This is the very reason that Mike likes chilled seats.

Excuse me if I'm wrong, but I thought it was because he enjoys cool air on his balls.

This kinda feels like "I spilled hot coffee on me and got burned so I'll sue McDonald's for not warning me" thing. However they don't go into specifics about the temperature outside, how long was it in direct sunlight, etc. If it overheated by being out in the sun in 110 degree weather then it's a case that Darwin should correct. If it was being used on a porch to get outside and surf the web or going to the park then I can see a problem but not a class action lawsuit.
